Toys are an important enjoyable part of our lives, so we want to keep it simple and clear by displaying our terms and conditions here. They have been written to be fair, clear and provide you with the guidance of each part of your interaction together with Toys"R"Us. They also help to let you know what to expect when placing orders with us and about our pricing and other policies.

In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Toys"R"Us UK (UK TRU LIMITED Company Number 13673956) of 49 Greek Street, London, United Kingdom, W1D 4EG, and "you" means you the customer. These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of products. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

• £50 spend must exclude any shipping and delivery costs.

• Offer is limited to one redemption per transaction

• All offers are subject to availability & while stock lasts.
• Toys"R"Us reserves the right to end this offer at any time without notice if the terms of this voucher are abused.

• In the event of a customer returning part of an order that reduces the transaction value to less than £50 (excluding shipping), we reserve the right to remove the discount from the remaining items on the original customer order.

Placing an Order with Toys"R"Us

You may place an Order by filling in the Order Form on the Toys"R"Us Web Site and clicking the "Confirm Order" button. When you place your Order, we will issue you an Order Number via email. By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation and tax invoice via email; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud. Toys"R"Us and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming the shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received we will refund your order for the amount that is paid. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for third-party fees or exchange rate differences in the event of order cancellation and refunds.

Payment Methods and Acceptance

Toys"R"Us currently accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Klarna. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or a bank holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Please Note:

• Debit cards have daily spending limits that may delay the processing of your order.
• You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.

Currency

Toys"R"Us product prices displayed are in UK pounds (GBR). If we display prices in other currencies, we will clearly state the currency and symbol alongside the amount.

Toys"R"Us always seeks to list Products with the most competitive prices. Toys"R"Us reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at Toys"R"Us at any time before you place an Order. Toys"R"Us do not normally provide refunds or exchanges if you:

• Damage a product after purchase due to alterations to the product not performed by us, damage the product due to unusual or non-recommended use of the product or damage the product where the damage is caused by any factors beyond our control; or
• No proof of purchase is provided.

Options of refund, replacement, credit or repair are available to you in the event of a confirmed fault, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't perform as advertised. We cannot guarantee that a replacement or repair will be available if the product is either discontinued or no longer available. We will speak with you about your options if that affects you, whereby either a refund, credit or alternative (similar) product may be available for you to select from.

Large/Bulky Items

Some of the heavier products on our website are fulfilled by the supplier directly from their warehouse, therefore delivery times may vary. These include bikes, outdoor toys, and baby cribs and furniture. These are delivered in up to 7 working days and include the following suppliers:

• O Baby – nursery and childrens bedroom furniture

Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by law, Toys"R"Us is not liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Toys"R"Us, and Toys"R"Us shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.

Governing Law

By placing an order with Toys"R"Us you agree that the sale is made in the UK. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.

Toys"R"Us UK Competition Rules

No purchase is necessary to enter competitions that we run on our website or across any of our Social Media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tik Tok or Snapchat.

Each competition states when the competition will begin and end. All competition winners will be notified via direct message on the platform in which the competition has run.

Any individual based in the UK aged 18 years or over (excluding Northern Ireland) can enter the Competition excluding: Toys"R"Us employees, their immediate families (such as children, spouses, siblings, aunts, uncles and grandparents), or officers or agents of any companies associated with the Competition.

Providing incorrect information (such as a false name or address) will mean you are ineligible to enter the Competition.

Toys"R"Us UK may disregard any entry it believes has been made in breach of these Terms.

No cash alternative is available to the prize and it cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.

Entries must in particular not:

• be illegal or unlawful under any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
• infringe any third party’s legal rights (including any copyright, moral right, database right, trade mark right, design right, right in passing off, or other intellectual property right);
• be libellous, maliciously false, harassing or threatening;
• infringe any right of confidence, right of privacy, or right under data protection legislation;
• be fraudulent, have a fraudulent purpose or effect, be in contempt of any court, or in breach of any court order;
• be obscene, offensive, sexually explicit, promote violence or promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age: or constitute spam.;

Toys"R"Us UK reserves the right to re-draw the Competition if a winner cannot reasonably be contacted within 7 days of the judging date.

Your information may, for the purposes set out in these Terms, be disclosed for processing to:

• The Promoter’s employees, affiliates, group companies and their employees;
• Third Party consultants, contractors or other service providers who may access your personal information when providing services including (but not limited to) fulfilment of the prize;

The winning entrant(s) will be the first correct entry or entries drawn at random from all the correct entries after the closing date. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Events Beyond Our Control

Events may occur that render the Competition itself or the selection of a winner impractical due to reasons beyond our control. We may, at our discretion, make such variations or amendments to the Competition as we feel are necessary as a result of such events.

Cancellation of the Competition

Toys"R"Us reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition in whole or in part at any time. We will not have any liability, whether to you or to any third-party, as a result of such a change.

Severability

Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

3rd Party Rights

These Terms relate to an agreement between you and Toys"R"Us UK. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of these Terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
