Toys "R" Us Delivery

At Toys R Us we strive to arrange a delivery that best suits your needs. If you have special requirements we will endeavour to fulfil your requests.

Toys "R" Us Gift Cards are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service for our business customers.

Delivery charges for orders containing items other than Gift Cards are as follows:

Notes

  • Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore arrive separately but you will only be charged delivery once.
  • To qualify for free standard delivery the value of the items ordered must be £50 or more excluding any delivery charge.
  • The next day, named day and Saturday delivery service is subject to availability. When all the available delivery slots on any given day are full a "Fully booked" message will appear and the day will no longer be selectable.
  • None selectable days, for example Sundays and bank holidays will display an "N/A" to signify they are not available to select.
  • A 'large item' is an item where you will see, 'up to 8 working days' in the delivery information on the product page.
  • Any item where you see 'direct from supplier' against the item description will have its own specific delivery time frame.
