Our Store Support Centre at Geoffrey House in Maidenhead provides support and services to our retail Megastores and Distribution Centre. You'll find all the essential functions necessary to support a leading National Retailer including Supply Chain and Inventory Management, Finance, Buying and many more.

The Graphics Coordinator role is to manage each artwork from layout to production sample stage. Ensuring artwork is to Brand style guide and is on schedule with minimum delays. You will organise photography and attend shoots and will be working/liaising closely with design studios in the UK, Hong Kong Coordinators, Hong Kong studios, QA, US, vendors and Brand Managers. You will also be managing and maintaining information in the PLM system.

Planning Manager role is within Supply Chain

The Inventory Control department is responsible for all product flow from our vendors to our Distribution Centre in Coventry out to stores nation-wide. This newly created role will work to align our high level inventory strategy with the bottom-up item/store demand forecasts. This will involve data extraction and manipulation, and collaboration with various other internal teams to achieve these objectives. You will administer policy changes in our automated replenishment system if capacity plans are not being met.

Retail Demand Forecaster
Geoffrey House - Maidenhead
The Retail Demand Forecasting team is responsible for forecasting sales by week by store for all product areas within the business. Using an oracle application, they manipulate historical trends, promotional activity, calendar phasing and numerous other inputs in order to generate the best systemsuggested forecast. These forecasts are used to drive replenishment of stock to each of our 78 stores nationwide through our demand planning system, and will soon be used to drive automated purchasing decisions.
