What is the refunds and exchanges policy?

For non-faulty goods, no refunds or exchanges can be given as the Company has ceased trading. For faulty goods, customers are advised to contact the manufacturers of the goods directly. Please note that the Administrators have no involvement with the manufacturers and cannot guarantee that manufacturers will exchange faulty goods. If the manufacturer is not prepared to exchange faulty goods then you will be an unsecured creditor of the Company. Please be aware that on the basis of information available, you are unlikely to receive any payment in relation to your claim.

I bought an extended warranty with D&G; how do I submit a claim under the warranty?

As your warranty is with D&G and not the Company you can still make a claim under the warranty to D&G directly. To make a claim please call telephone number 0800 561 4450. You will need a copy of your receipt to hand.
