How do I change my email address?

If you would like to change your email address and you have an online account, please sign in using the My Account link at the top of our website. Click on view profile and modify your email address, and click on 'Submit'

If you don't have an online account, you will need to unsubscribe your old email address and subscribe again using your new email address. To do this, please select the 'Unsubscribe' link in the footer of the last marketing email we sent to you, edit your preferences online and click on 'Save Changes'. To sign yourself up to our emails using your new email address please click here.

How do I change my email preferences?

If you have an online account, please sign in using the My Account link at the top of our website and click on Communication Preferences to edit your preferences.

If you don't have an online account, you will need to select the 'Change Preferences' link in the footer of the last marketing email we sent to you, edit your preferences online and click on 'Save'.

How do I unsubscribe from email marketing?

To unsubscribe from email marketing, please select the 'Unsubscribe' link in the footer of the last marketing email we sent to you, or edit your preferences online (untick all of the boxes) and click on 'Save'.

Please allow 3 working days for the changes above to take effect and note that if you choose not to receive marketing emails from us, you will still receive our transactional emails, such as messages related to your orders and items purchased.

How do I subscribe to my Loyalty Club emails?

If you are a Gold Card or Mother & Baby Club member, you will also need to update your details on our Gold Card website, to ensure you continue to receive our latest offers and mailings.
