Business Accounts

Opening a Toys R Us Account is the easiest and most beneficial way to order from us. You can order and receive delivery in advance of invoice payments, making the transaction a completely cardless process. It enables your business to have their own account where we can accept and process official orders from the named purchasers allocated. This makes it easy for larger companies to order our products in different departments, all under the same account. It is also ideal if your company does not have a credit card or cheque book, as we send you all the payment details in an invoice after you receive conformation of shipment. As soon as your account is open, you are good to start ordering. See below on how to open up your own business account:

Step by step - Business Accounts

  • Download the application form
  • Review the terms of the account and complete as required
  • Return a scanned copy by email or post
  • Once your application is approved you will recieve an Account number and credit limit
  • All account invoices should be paid within 30 days of date of purchase

NHS and Government funded applications:

You are not required to provide trade references on your application form, but do need to let us know who the funding organisation is.

Non-Government Funded / Self Chequing applicants:

To be able to set your account up, we need to have a minimum of 2 trade references. These can be suppliers that you currently use, and/or suppliers you have used in the past. We will further need to send those reference requests to the suppliers for a reference.

Placing an order

Click here to browse our range online. Once you have an order in mind, whether it be from browsing our online website, or looking in a catalogue, you will need to email us at businessaccounts@toysrus.com and include the following information:

  • Order requirement with item reference or "R" web numbers (found online and in the catalogue).
  • Contact name, telephone number and email address.
  • Delivery and invoice address.
  • Toys R Us Business Account Number

Payment for the order is accepted via our business account credit facility and must meet the minimum order value of £50.

Payment

We accept a wide variety of invoice payment methods, including BACS, CHAPS, business cheques via our Business Account credit facility.


Gift Cards

We offer a range of great Gift Cards which are available to be used in store, or online at Toysrus.co.uk or babiesrus.co.uk

Gift cards are not available on a sale or return basis.
