The Toys “R” Us Talent Development Programme is for Graduates looking to break into Retail Management who want an opportunity to gain valuable hands on experience and showcase their talent. Successful completion of the Talent Development Programme will give Graduates the opportunity to progress onto the Toys “R” Us Graduate Management Training Programme in 2012.
As a successful candidate, you’ll join the UK’s leading Family Leisure, Toy & Baby Care Retailer in one of our stores on a 3 month, full time Development Programme working flexible shifts to gain the quickest exposure to the wide variety of priorities and challenges in our high volume, fast paced and customer focused business. Following a Development Training programme, you will have the ideal opportunity to show us your skills and talents in Communications, Teamwork, Sales, Merchandising and Customer Service while gaining valuable retail experience through our busy Christmas season.
You will need to be a graduate with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality, ready to prove and improve your skills in Retail. You’ll need natural leadership qualities, drive and determination and the ambition to build a career in Megastore Management with Toys “R” Us.
