We accept a wide variety of payment methods, including BACS, CHAPS, business cheques and our Business Account credit facility.
Business Account
Opening a Business Account with Toys “R” Us enables you to order and receive delivery without having to pay up front using a credit facility. This is ideal if you need to order in a hurry or if your company doesn’t have a credit card or cheque book.
Step By Step – Business Accounts
- Choose the type of Business Account you wish to open
- Download and send us your account application form by fax, email or post.
- Once your account application is approved you will receive an Account Number and credit limit
- All account invoices should be paid within 30 days of date of purchase
You can use this account to start ordering through the Toys “R” Us Direct website, or in Toys “R” Us stores nationwide
We operate sales on a pro forma basis. If you do not currently have a Toys R Us Business Account, or are awaiting the completion of your application you can still order with us in this way. We can invoice you upon receipt of a valid purchase order detailing your order requirements. Once payment has been received we can then despatch your order. We guarantee prices on our Pro Forma invoices for 30 days and accept payment by cheque, BACS or CHAPS for non account purchases.

- Register for a Pro Forma Account
- Select the items you require and complete the checkout process
- Contact Us with your order
- You will be invoiced for the items required
- Once this invoice has been paid the items will be despatched to you
- Orders will be despatched using our standard delivery service only
We provide generous discounts for bulk purchases made by our business customers. To see if you qualify for a discount please view the table below. For orders of less than £50 please visit your local Toys “R” Us store.
