6. Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person. Entries from agents or third parties are invalid. Proof of sending is not regarded as proof of receipt.
7. Toys "R" Us cannot be held responsible for entries lost, delayed or unclear.
8. There will be one first prize winner with one prize.
   1. Entries must be received by 5.00pm on Friday 29th June 2012. Any entries received after this time and date will not be included in the draw.
   2. The draw will take place after 5.00pm on Friday 29th June 2012. The winner will be notified by email, phone call or letter on or before Friday 13th July 2012.
   3. The winners will be selected at random from all the entries received before the closing date and time.
   4. The winners may also be contacted by the promoters agents or third parties to arrange provision of the prize.
   5. Should Toys "R" Us be unable to contact the winners, or the winners fail to accept the prize by email, phone call or letter, before 5.00pm on Friday 13th July 2012, another winner will be selected at random.
   6. Entry to the Prize Draw can only be made by registering your Gold Card or updating your Gold Card details online at: www.toysrus.co.uk
   7. The prize draw winner's name and county address will be available from the Winner's List – Trolley Dash Competition, Toys "R" Us - Ecommerce Department, Geoffrey House, Vanwall Business Park, Maidenhead, SL6 4UB between Monday 2nd July 2011 and Friday 3rd August, provided a SAE is enclosed.
9. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as permission by the entrant of this Toys "R" Us Prize Draw, to take publicity photographs and interview the winner and for these to be used by Toys "R" Us in any media publication.
10. The first prize is to win a £500 Trolley Dash at a Toys R Us store.
    1. The trolley dash will take place at 10.30am on a Sunday morning at a Toys "R" Us store chosen by the winner.
    2. The trolley dash is limited to 30 minutes. The Store Manager will start and finish the dash.
    3. The prize has a maximum value of £500, but the customer can make up the difference if they would like more items.
    4. The winner is allowed 1 helper. If the winner is disabled he or she may nominate a runner in his or her place.
11. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize. Toys "R" Us reserves the right to offer a similar prize, or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable.
12. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
