Can I return an item purchased on-line back to a Toys “R” Us Store?

Most items purchased on-line can be returned back to your local Toys “R” Us Store*. Please bring your Delivery Note with you as proof of purchase. You can use our Store Locator to find your nearest store.

Please note - if the product you wish to return was despatched directly from the supplier (indicated on your Delivery Note) then you must Contact Us to arrange collection.
