If you did not provide your Gold Card details when you placed your on-line order, then you can still add your points to your Gold Card.

Please Contact Us, and advise us of your name, address, order number and Gold Card number, and we will arrange to have your points added to your card. Please allow 7 working days for this to be processed.

Please note that the following conditions apply;

• You have received your order in full, and you are satisfied with it
• Points are not awarded for Gift Card purchases
• Points are not awarded for delivery charges
• Any discounts/offers will be taken into account when awarding points.
• If your purchase was made in a Toys “R” Us Store, you will need to return to the Store with your receipt.
